Managing Enrollments

Enrollments connect dogs to classes or courses. The system automatically checks capacity and manages a waitlist.

How Enrollments Work

  1. A member enrolls their dog in a class or course
  2. If there's space → Status becomes Active
  3. If capacity is reached → Status becomes Waitlist

View Enrollments

  1. Navigate to the desired class or course
  2. Tap Manage Enrollments
  3. You'll see all enrollments with status (Active / Waitlist / Cancelled)

Promote from Waitlist

When an active participant cancels, you can promote someone from the waitlist:

  1. Open the enrollment management for the class/course
  2. Cancel the active enrollment
  3. The system will ask if the next person on the waitlist should be promoted
  4. Confirm the promotion

Cancel an Enrollment

  1. Open the enrollment management
  2. Find the enrollment and tap Cancel
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Note

Only one active enrollment per dog per class or course is allowed.
