Managing Users¶
As an administrator, you can assign and change user roles. Each user has one of three roles.
Role Overview¶
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Member | Manage dogs, browse courses, enroll own dogs |
| Trainer | View own classes/courses, see enrolled dogs |
| Admin | Full access to all features |
Change a Role¶
- Navigate to Home → Users
- Find the user in the list
- Tap on the user
- Select the new role
- Save your changes
Important
When you promote a user to Trainer, a trainer profile is automatically created. It needs to be completed afterwards with bio, specialties, etc.
Caution
Demoting an admin to another role removes their management access immediately. Make sure at least one admin remains.
