Managing Trainers

Trainers are the instructors at your dog school. Each trainer is linked to a user account and can view their assigned classes and courses.

Add a New Trainer

1. Navigate to Home → Trainers
2. Tap Add Trainer
3. Fill in the fields:
   • Name — Full name (required)
   • Bio — Short description / experience
   • Specialties — e.g., puppy training, agility
   • Photo — Upload a profile photo (optional)
4. Tap Save

Edit a Trainer

1. Open the trainer list and tap on a trainer
2. Tap Edit
3. Update the desired fields
4. Tap Save Changes

Deactivate a Trainer

If a trainer is no longer active, deactivate instead of deleting:

1. Open the trainer and tap Edit
2. Toggle the Active switch off
3. Save your changes

Important

Deactivated trainers won't appear when assigning new classes or courses, but existing assignments remain.
